SARATOGA SPRINGS - Winterfest back for its 10 year throughout the city from Friday, Feb. 4, to Sunday, Feb. 6.
Chowderfest will again allow the public to sample recipes from local restaurants and vote on a winner. Participants pay $1 per chowder sample at each eatery and are required to taste five chowders in order to qualify to vote by ballot. Those who cast a ballot and pay an additional $5 will receive a Chowderfest 2005 long sleeve T-shirt, which is designed by local artist Hud Armstrong. Ballots should be turned in at the Saratoga Springs Visitor Center, 297 Broadway.
